My local target store has a wagon load of series 4 minifigs ready to go out, but when I grabbed one off the cart and scanned it they are not active in the system yet. Maybe tomorrow with the sale and all.

Still no new minifigs (although everyone still seems to have truckloads of series 3).
But I stopped into Target today and picked up a Nya Ninjago minifig. I know, and I still it’s ridiculous to charge ten dollars for a single minifig and some weapons. But I really liked the Nya minifig (and the Nyas on Bricklink are all pretty pricey), and it was on sale. And she’s a really cute little figure, so I don’t feel too bad about it.
The Brooksside Brisbane Target has the Toy Story Train for $56. They only had Minifig Series 3 though
